Sculpture
The carved and sculpted horse has been created in wood, then painted in an antique gold. Mr. DiAVonti then sands it finely and burnishes it by rubbing assorted pigments into it. A coating of weatherproof clear diamond resin is applied and then the work is resanded and buffed to a fine, clear finish. The medallion the horse sits on is created the same way.
Dimensions are approximately 2' 11"' x 4' 11". Since each work is custom created, allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. Half of the monies are due in advance of the creation, the other half after verification of the finished work. It will then be promptly shipped.

Lost Works Leda
The work pictured is a smaller version of a painting done by Michangelo, that had become lost during World War II. Gino has re-created it in stunning sculpture, and made it available to the public. The mold was made by gino himself. The work is approximately 3' x 2and 1/2". Gino hand works each one he pulls off, sanding and buffing to a beautiful matte finish. Custom Area Rugs
Mr. DiAVonti's custom sculpted area rugs are built out of only three different types of carpet: Fabrica, Masland, or wool. He will not work in the wool Karastan, as it tends to refuse manipulation. The consumer pays the purchase price for the carpet themselves, (Mr. DiAVonti supplies a cut list) and the bid then, is based entirely on labor. As an example, Fabrica costs approximately 135.00 a yard, and is Mr. DiAVonti's favorite to work in. He insists it is the best synthetic carpet available, and it is produced on the west coast of the states, a plus to supporting our nation's economy.
Mr. DiAVonti needs to either be sent swatches of the fabrics in said room, dimensions of room (architecturally) and measurements of furniture spacing from one another. He will also need swatches of the fabrics being used in order to create a custom designed (set) of rugs. Typically, he makes 3 to 5 rugs per client, to match the living space, dining room, great room, etc.
He can also do all measuring himself in person, which is his preference. In the case this is out of state (Florida) the client must pay for each way, plus board.
Consulation fees are 350.00 per hour. There is also a fee of 300.00 per rug design, which is refunded in the price of purchase. Renderings take anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks to complete. They become the property of the client, but Mr. DiAVonti will need them during the time he executes the rugs, as they are scale drawings, and are essential in size up to the actual rug.
